Powell Handmade Professional Flute: serial #41XX, 1974, sterling silver, 0.014 tubing, soldered tone holes, inline G, B foot, original Powell headjoint, A=440, traditional Powell scale, traditional felt pads, French pointed arms, open hole. This flute has that classic Powell sound and feel to it, and a quality that is often missing on contemporary flutes. It has been properly maintained, was recently adjusted, and its pads are in good condition, offering a tight seal. The flute plays quite beautifully and is very responsive. The headjoint offers just the right amount of resistance and its depth of sound is unmatched by most flutes made today. This flute comes with a brand new French style leather case. $6,935** Pictures

Miyazawa Classic Handmade Professional Flute: serial #41XXX, custom solid silver flute triple plated in gold, offset G, open hole, C# trill key, B foot with gizmo, split E mechanism, D# roller, gold riser, A=442, Y arms, drawn tone holes, beautiful engraved headjoint with 24K gold crown with turquoise stone. This beautiful flute was custom made for Jenifer McKenzie of the Dallas Opera Orchestra in 1994. It plays exquisitely, and is in ready-to-play, excellent condition. The stunning engraving, 24K gold turquoise crown, and gold plating really accent this beautiful flute. Another custom-made flute loaded with features of this magnificence and playability will be hard to find. Accent Intermediate Flute Made By Gemeinhardt: identical features as a 3SHB, sterling silver headjoint with gold plated lip plate, silver plated body, footjoint, and keys, Y arms, drawn tone holes, open hole, traditional pads, inline G, B foot with gizmo key. This flute has been gently used and the pads have plenty of life left for a new owner. There are no dents or scratches, and the flute is in good cosmetic condition. It has been adjusted and will play like a new flute out of the case. This flute is an excellent choice for a budding flutist looking for an intermediate flute at a student flute price tag. Gemeinhardt 2SP Student Flute: silver plated headjoint, body, footjoint, and keys, closed hole, offset G, traditional pads, C foot. This flute has been used and shows minimal, normal signs of wear, but it has been thoroughly inspected and repaired to put it in the best condition possible. All pads offer now offer a tight seal, and any older pads were replaced. The flute has been cleaned, oiled, hand polished, and adjusted, so it will play like a new flute right out of the case.
